บริษัท อิมแพค ไพพ์ เอ็กซ์ทรูเดอร์ จำกัด ก่อตั้งเมื่อวันที่ 9 ธันวาคม 2548 โดย คุณ สุกิจ  เจียงพัฒนากิจ เริ่มด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 2 ล้านบาท และในปี พ.ศ. 2551 ได้เพิ่มทุนจดทะเบียนเป็น 20 ล้านบาท ดำเนินการผลิตท่อ HDPE และอุปกรณ์ HDPE รวมถึงท่อ LDPE และจากการมุ่งมั่นอย่างแรงกล้าและการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องพร้อมทั้งการสนับสนุนมาเป็นอย่างดีจากลูกค้าและทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องของบริษัทฯ จึงเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็วดังนั้น เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มศักยภาพด้านการผลิต ในเดือนพฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2551  จึงดำเนินการย้ายอาคารผลิตแห่งใหม่มา ณ เลขที่ 42 ซอย เพชรเกษม 110 แยก 14-1-1 แขวงหนองค้างพลู เขตหนองแขม กรุงเทพฯ 10160 บนพื้นที่ประมาณ 12,780 ตารางเมตร ซึ่งได้รวมอาคารสำนักงาน , โรงงาน และ คลังสินค้าไว้ ณ ที่สำนักงานแห่งใหม่ โดย ดำเนินการผลิต ท่อโพลิเอทิลีน และ อุปกรณ์ สำหรับใช้กับท่อโพลีเอทิลีน

The company was established on December 9,2005 by Mr.Sukit Jiengphattanakit with the registered capital of two million baht, and in 2008 the amount increased to 20 million baht. The company manufactures High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, HDPE Fitting and LDPE pipe. Through strong determination and continued development as well as positive support from customers and all those concerned, the company has been growing very fast. Therefore, to enhance the performance of production, in May 2008, the company built a new manufacturing center on an approximately 12,780 Square metre plot of land located at No.42 Soi Petchkasem 110 Yaek 14-1-1, Nongkhangphu, Nongkham District, Bangkok, The center, which includes an office, a factory and a warehouse in one place, focuses on producing polyethylene pipes for drinking water (PE) and PE Fitting. Impact Pipe Extruder Co.,Ltd. Manufactures products on TIS 982-2556 standards. In addition, the company was awarded ISO 9001:2008 Certificate from SGS (Thailand) System & Services Certification in August 2008 and was granted a license from Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) in December 2008.
